Sagar Parekh is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of New Era Investing LLC (NEI), a real estate investment firm focused on value-add apartment properties in select US markets.
Having grown up in and around real estate, primarily in the single-family and hospitality spaces, Sagar later saw the transition to multi-family investments as the way of the future for him and his family. Prior to the transition, Sagar began investing in single-family homes, and quickly built a portfolio of properties, completing 8 closings in his first 12 months.
After having seen the results, Sagar later decided to scale up into apartment complexes, where he met Matt Ramos and started NEI.
His expertise includes sales, marketing, underwriting, contract negotiations, strategic planning, executing long-term business plans, analyzing market trends, and finding and acting upon new growth opportunities.
Matt Ramos is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at New Era Investing LLC, a real estate investment firm focused on value-add apartment properties in select US markets.
Matt's career started off in medical sales which transitioned into starting a healthcare consulting firm that has seen extraordinary growth since its inception in 2019.
Over the past three years, Matt has invested in real estate primarily in single-family and residential multi-family spaces. Throughout his time investing, he has grown a passion for helping others invest in real estate by providing the tools, education, teams, and resources to allow them to do so.
Cultivating strong relationships, sales, business development, and business optimization through systems and processes are some of his strengths that have led to his personal and professional growth.

Sanjay Hegde is the Founder and President of Blue Ring Investors LLC and brings to the company more than 15 years of experience establishing customer relationships and managing multimillion-dollar corporate accounts for companies in the U.S. and abroad.
He holds the following credentials from RE Mentor: Acquisitions Specialist, Funding Specialist, Property Asset Management Specialist, and Underwriting Specialist. In addition, Mr. Hegde is connected with a deep network of operational, tax and legal experts focused on commercial real estate investing.
His expertise includes sales, marketing, strategic planning, executing long-term business plans, analyzing market trends, and finding and acting upon new opportunities for growth.
For the past 15+ years as a top-level corporate executive operating in highly competitive environments, Mr. Hegde has consistently provided leadership to drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth through innovation, cost-effective operations, and cultivation of strong business alliances.
Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 1,500 apartment units, throughout 5 different states, with values north of $200 Million. He actively sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.
With 15 year of Real Estate experience Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their own properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
Ryan has used that knowledge as Managing Partner to grow his multifamily portfolio to north of $200MM. Over the past 20 years Ryan has become a proficient underwriter which has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns.
